<p>Work Schedule:</p> <p>80% FTE, Monday through Friday, 4 days a week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.</p> <p>Be part of something remarkable</p> <p>Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin!</p> <p>As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in ambulatory care team by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients and their families.</p> <p>We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:</p> <ul> <li>Participate as a care team member in managing a panel of patients in partnership with our primary care physicians. </li><li>Evaluate and treat acute and chronic health conditions and promote wellness in our outpatient primary care pediatric clinic. </li><li>Provide counseling and education about common pediatric illnesses and promote wellness with patients and families. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <p>Minimum -</p> <ul> <li>If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program </li><li>If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program </li></ul> <p>Licenses and Certifications:</p> <p>Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure</p> <p>If Nurse Practitioner*:</p> <ul> <li>Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND </li><li>Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Pediatric Primary Care or Family Medicine. </li></ul> <p>If Physician Assistant*:</p> <ul> <li>Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND </li><li>Active PA board certification </li></ul> <p>All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*:</p> <ul> <li>Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. </li><li>Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice.
