This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with a passion for problem-solving, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a GMP-regulated environment.</p> <p>Must-Have Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical or food industry) </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) </li><li>Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles </li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and understand process documentation </li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Daily Operations Support</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and analyze production data to identify and address operational issues</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process inefficiencies</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations</p> </li><li> <p>Continuous Improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in Lean Six Sigma and Zero Loss initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Support small-scale improvement projects and track their impact</p> </li><li> <p>Use tools like Pareto charts and downtime tracking to identify improvement opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Support</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in implementing process changes and equipment upgrades</p> </li><li> <p>Support validation activities including URS, FAT, IQ/OQ/PQ documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and environmental regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Quality & Compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to root cause investigations for quality incidents</p> </li><li> <p>Help develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality systems protocols</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $64.90/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
