<p>Overview</p> <p>JOB TITLE: Credit Coordinator</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>The Credit Assistant provides critical support to Credit Managers by managing data, communicating with clients, and performing key administrative tasks.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assists credit managers in pulling credit and pertinent business data to establish credit files for accounts and credit references.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare lien waivers, construction liens and lien releases.</p> </li><li> <p>Draft letters, create and maintain reports, process incoming credit applications, and set up new accounts.</p> </li><li> <p>File preliminary notices in State Construction Registry.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate official correspondence.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional customer service orientation.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skill set.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to perform duties effectively and efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.</p> </li><li> <p>High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and Certificates:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Physical Work Requirements - Light: exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally.</p> </li><li> <p>Repetitive motion associated with operating various types of equipment.</p> </li></ul>
