The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for working in a safe manner and ensuring quality workmanship on all projects </li><li>Landscaping and grounds maintenance of assigned areas </li><li>Perform janitorial services as needed </li><li>Maintain lawn and power equipment </li><li>Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, grass cutting and minor repair </li><li>Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver's License </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role is preferred but not required </li><li>Ability to lift and carry heavy objects </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Willingness to learn and take on new tasks </li><li>Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus </li></ul> <p>We offer competitive pay and benefits, as well as a supportive work environment.
