Day.</p> <p>Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a PATIENT SERVICE CENTER SCHEDULER to join our team!</p> <p>Under the direction of the Supervisor - Workforce Management (WFM), the Scheduler is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing schedules to ensure that staffing levels align with forecasted workload demand across all Patient Service Center (PSC) functions and patient service areas under the Shared Support model.</p> <p>This position collaborates with the Forecasting Analyst and Real-Time Scheduling Analyst to develop data-driven schedules that balance service-level goals, budget targets, and employee satisfaction.</p> <p>The Scheduler ensures that the Patient Service Center personnel schedules are accurate, fair, and aligned to operational hours of coverage, directly supporting optimal patient access and service delivery performance.</p> <p>This position will require the hired party to be on-site for the duration of training and onboarding, exact timeline subject to leadership discretion.</p> <p>Once one is successfully trained the staffing expectations shift to a hybrid work platform, 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
