<p>Coordinated Business Office CBO</p> <p>2434 Interstate Plaza Dr Hammond, Indiana 46324</p> <p>The Patient Contact Center Scheduler I is critical for coordinating, scheduling, and registering appointments for office visits for providers, imaging, and ancillary departments.
