This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the efficient operation of the Risk Management department.</p> <p>LOCATION</p> <p>Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, NC - Hybrid Schedule</p> <p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a strategic partner to the CRO in developing and implementing risk management strategies and policies. </li><li>Lead cross-functional coordination to implement and monitor the enterprise risk management framework, ensuring timely delivery of key risk initiatives. </li><li>Drive the execution of risk management priorities by managing workflows, tracking deliverables, and ensuring follow through on team initiatives. </li><li>Oversee governance routines and reporting forums that support the CRO's oversight of risk. </li><li>Serve as a liaison between the CRO and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication to build a strong risk culture. </li><li>Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the Risk Management team that leverage new and emerging technologies through the support of centralized analytics and IT teams. </li><li>Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. </li><li>Analyze risk data and prepare reports and presentations for the CRO and senior management. </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. </li></ul> <p>YOUR QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, insurance, or a related field. </li><li>Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role is highly desirable. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and independently. </li><li>High level of integrity and professionalism. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership abilities and capacity to influence and drive change. </li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. </li><li>Strong team player with a collaborative approach to work. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Advanced degree preferred. </li></ul> <p>COMPANY</p> <p>Enact Holdings, Inc.
