<p>NIGHT CREW STOCKER</p> <p>Main responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and replenish stock in a safe and efficient manner to meet customer and merchandising needs. </li><li>Provide fast, friendly, and courteous customer service. </li><li>Stock, rotate, face, and discard outdated or spoiled products; maintain stockroom cleanliness. </li><li>Order products, cut cases, stack, price, and mark merchandise. </li><li>Build product displays and operate equipment such as hand trucks, six-wheel carts, and pallet jacks. </li><li>Verify orders against invoices and audit product cases for inventory control. </li><li>Assist customers and occasionally perform cashier duties. </li><li>Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary work environment. </li><li>Complete necessary forms and reports accurately. </li><li>Perform all duties with honesty, integrity, and accuracy. </li></ul> <p>We are looking for candidates who possess the following:</p> <p>Soft skills:</p> <ul> <li>Friendly and courteous demeanor. </li><li>Tactful and composed in interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to follow written and oral instructions. </li><li>Judgement and responsiveness to business activity. </li><li>Reliability and punctuality. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Basic mathematics. </li><li>Inventory control and pricing. </li><li>Merchandising and shipping/receiving procedures. </li></ul> <p>Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lift, stack, and maneuver items up to 80 lbs. </li><li>Push/pull fully loaded carts and pallet jacks. </li><li>Stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and climb ladders for extended periods. </li><li>Perform repetitive tasks accurately. </li><li>Work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. </li></ul> <p>Educational requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred. </li></ul> <p>Travel requirements:</p> <ul> <li>None specified; occasional outdoor tasks may require brief travel within store premises. </li></ul> <p>Other requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Exposure to cold environments (35°F to -20°F). </li><li>Compliance with grooming standards, dress code, and safety policies. </li><li>Regular attendance is required. </li><li>Safety-sensitive position due to physical and operational responsibilities. </li></ul> <p>Why choose us?</p> <p>Are you ready to take the next step in your career?
