<p>Property</p> <p>If you love creating awesome experiences from arrival to departure for every guest, everytime, we are looking for you!</p> <p>Essential Duties</p> <ul> <li>Welcomes guests, solves minor issues, and ensures guests have a great stay. </li><li>Knowledge of basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel. </li><li>Registers guests in and out Verizon's Learning and Development center. Establishes and secures proper guest credit. Handles any billing questions and inquiries with group and transient guests. </li><li>Solves guest-related problems within scope of authority. </li><li>Enters requests into Primary Management system. </li><li>Keeps and maintains all Front Desk logs. </li><li>Generates reports for Front Desk, Engineering, and Housekeeping. </li><li>Performs all accounting duties including posting charges, account settlements, and shift closing. </li><li>Answers phones and relays messages to guests as well as other conference center associates. </li><li>Brings mail, packages, and messages to guests as needed. </li><li>Completes a daily shift audit and balances all account settlements, charges, etc. to the property management system. </li><li>Handles all cash transactions and maintains a personal bank. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>This position requires a minimum 1 year job-related experience. </li><li>Good computer knowledge </li><li>Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts </li><li>Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays </li></ul> <p>Compensation Range</p> <p>The compensation for this position is $20.00/Hr. - $20.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.</p>
