<p>Position: Girls JV Volleyball Head Coach</p> <p>Reports to: Athletic Director & Varsity Volleyball Head Coach</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The JV Girls Volleyball Head Coach supports the varsity program through athlete development and preparation for varsity-level play.</p> <p>The coach must demonstrate strong communication, teaching ability, and commitment to Christian character.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Volleyball coaching or playing experience preferred </li><li>Strong knowledge of fundamentals and systems </li><li>Ability to teach and mentor student-athletes </li><li>Great recruiter/retention skills for your program </li><li>Must pass a background check </li><li>Agreement with TPCS Athletic Purpose Statement, which reads: Traders Point Christian Schools is committed to developing and maintaining an athletic program that is Christ-centered, comprehensive, and competitive, and allows each athlete a unique venue to be a witness for Christ by using his or her God-given talent to move and play. </li><li>Must provide proof, or be willing to take CPR training </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support the vision and standards of the Varsity Head Coach </li><li>Teach fundamentals and develop competitive skills </li><li>Coach practices, games, and conditioning </li><li>Will to run successful summer camps </li><li>Maintaining communication with administration, parents, and varsity staff is essential </li><li>Supervise athletes at all times, until the last one leaves any organized event that the team is a part of </li><li>Manage equipment and facility cleanliness </li><li>Submit rosters and results as required </li><li>Follow inventory check-in & check-out policies with uniforms </li><li>Plan team banquet and awards </li><li>Reports all game results to staff before 8 am the next day of the contest finish </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>This position is:</p> <ul> <li>1099 contractor </li><li>Paid by stipend </li><li>For the Fall 2026 athletic season </li></ul>
