<p>Pay Rang: $66.90 - $70.42</p> <p>Preferred- Lehi but open to remote candidates</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <ul> <li>We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile-minded Platform Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and critical thinker with a background in product management, agile delivery, and quality assurance. This role is deeply embedded in the development lifecycle-working closely with engineering teams to drive agile ceremonies, ensure delivery quality, and support the development of new features. The Product Analyst will help shape our platform roadmap and play a key role in setting operational standards for how we deliver solutions. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Gather business requirements from stakeholders and customers and translate them into actionable Jira stories. </li><li>Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. </li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development. </li><li>Own the QA process by documenting test suites, coordinating test automation efforts, and validating final delivery to production. </li><li>Partner with product managers and developers to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and quality expectations. </li><li>Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather feedback and validate product direction. </li><li>Monitor team delivery execution and suggest process improvements to enhance velocity and quality. </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies and team collaboration. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations. </li><li>Proven ability to manage product backlogs and drive delivery in agile environments. </li><li>Experience working closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers in a cross-functional setting. </li><li>Familiarity with test planning, test automation, and quality assurance best practices. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities. </li><li>Fearless in asking questions and challenging the status quo to improve the product and team operations. </li></ul> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>3 to 5 years of experience in a product analyst or agile delivery role, with experience in QA or process design being a plus. </li><li>Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking and agile delivery. </li><li>Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating agile ceremonies. </li><li>Familiarity with technologies such as ServiceNow ITSM (or similar, e.g., BMC Remedy, Zendesk, Jira ServiceDesk). </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or relevant work experience. </li></ul>
