Activities may focus on data management or supplier management or project management.</p> <p>Procurement Business Process Services (BPS) professionals integrate the various purchasing functions ranging from the front end/short term strategic activities of sourcing and auction services to the back end/long term activities of TCO driven category management, procurement transaction processing, and procurement enablement.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT procurement needs and engaging the delivery teams to provide expert advice.</p> </li><li> <p>Project Management: Manage client engagement requests from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Consulting: Provide expert advice on IT procurement strategies and leverage framework, helping clients optimize their procurement processes and achieve cost savings.</p> </li><li> <p>Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT procurement sector, driving revenue growth within existing client accounts.</p> </li><li> <p>Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date advice.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including analytics, finance, and internal account teams, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on engagement progress, outcomes, and market trends to client sponsors to ensure satisfaction and continued business.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year experience in procurement/sourcing experience. with a focus on market and/or data analysis, financial modeling, or pricing analysis </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong critical thinker, self-starter who can take initiative with high-level direction and deliver client work with minimal supervision</p> </li><li> <p>Highly adaptable and skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to develop and support creative solutions tailored to client-specific technology and cost optimization challenges.</p> </li><li> <p>Passion for continuous self-learning within the technology industry (i.e. cloud, consulting and services, infrastructure, software and telecommunications)</p> </li><li> <p>Proven analytical skills in terms of numeric (e.g. spreadsheets) and text based (e.g. reading terms and conditions) analysis, converting information into tangible recommendations to clients</p> </li><li> <p>Project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize a dynamic portfolio and assist in identifying process efficiencies and opportunities to apply transformative technology such as Gen AI to improve service delivery.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <ul> <li>This position may require travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations. </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
