<p>Position Purpose:# Assist in providing basic holistic nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of licensed nursing personnel. # Essential Functions (list in order of importance including measures) # Performs safe, effective and efficient basic nursing care in keeping with the patient#s age specific needs in a time effective manner.# # Observes patient#s condition and reports changes to licensed nursing personnel. Responds to call lights to determine patient needs, safely intervenes and relays information to the appropriate nursing personnel.
