Ensuring quality planning and intentional instruction for a 4 week summer Reading and Math program that includes enrichment and student planned activities for students that will be entering grades 1-5.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement a 4 week -age appropriate Reading and Math curriculum. </li><li>Provide students opportunities to engage in reading, writing and math activities on a daily basis. </li><li>Ensure that students enrolled in program are getting social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs met. </li><li>Promote and enforce effective use of time, materials and set standard for student accountability. </li><li>In cooperation with Program Facilitator and other site staff, maintain the continual well-being of the students in the program. This includes individual student conferences as needed with parents and staff, and daily instruction to engage students. </li><li>Provide a variety of alternative learning techniques and experiences for the students. </li><li>Keep student related/program related records, such as attendance, programs, schedules, and others as determined by the Program Facilitator. </li><li>Be knowledgeable of the overall mission of the district and the policies and procedures of the individual program. </li><li>Be fully engaged in the summer program to ensure high quality, high academic standards, and a strong team environment. </li></ul> <p>Basic Information</p> <p>Program will be located at Edinbrook Elementary this summer.</p> <p>This program is available to students currently in grades K-4 who will be attending EB in the fall.</p> <p>Program Dates & Times</p> <p>June 23- July 10 Monday-Thursday</p> <p>8:30 am - 12:00 pm Student hours</p> <p>MUST BE WILLING TO COMMIT to all dates the program is OPEN!!!!</p> <p>Hours: 8:00 am - 12:30 pm (includes prep time) and additional staff training times TBD</p> <p>There will be a set up day and training the week of June 18, 2025.</p> <p>FTE: Hourly, Schedule D per teacher contract.</p> <p>Required Meetings</p> <p>All staff meeting - June 18, 2025.</p> <p>Program set-up and training - June 18, 2025.</p>
