<p>Claims Trainer II (Hybrid)</p> <p>We have an exciting opportunity to join the Claims Training team as a Claims Trainer! We seek a highly motivated, technically strong, and results-oriented individual to join our team. As a Claims Trainer, you will deliver training material, assess the needs of the class, provide feedback to trainees, and make appropriate adjustments to improve retention and application of the training. Claims trainers may assist in developing and writing training to support operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, deep expertise in claims handling, and the ability to recommend and implement curriculum improvements to meet the evolving needs of the industry. In overseeing the classroom, you will be responsible for reviewing student progress and reporting on each student's skills and development. If additional training is needed, you will make sound recommendations based on test results and personal evaluations.</p> <p>As a Claims Trainer, you will lead new hire training classes for Casualty and must model good work habits and behaviors.</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to communicate in a professional manner by verbal and/or digital communication channels </li><li>Must be able to attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states </li><li>Must be able to handle heavy call and/or digital communication volume in a fast-paced work environment and resolve complex business problems </li><li>Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills </li><li>Must be able to multi-task </li><li>Must collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of training materials </li><li>Must maintain a thorough understanding of the claims handling process, regulations, and best practices </li><li>Must recommend updates to training content and curriculum based on industry trends, company goals, and employee performance data </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven auto claims experience, with a strong understanding of policies, practices, and regulations. Casualty experience required. Demand 2 or Lit/Com experience preferred. </li><li>Available Flexible hours (work shift hours vary based on training class needs) </li><li>Availability to train in office as needed. (Hybrid position) </li><li>Exceptional training delivery and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. </li><li>Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and effectiveness. </li><li>Ability to develop and recommend curriculum enhancements based on feedback and market trends. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Annual Salary</p> <p>$65,600.00 - $129,150.00</p> <p>The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
