<p>Position Overview</p> <p>Power Your Future with Qualus in our Human Resources department as our HR Generalist! The Human Resources Generalist leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards in the development of a superior workforce.</p> <p>The Human Resources Generalist coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs; reports to the VP, HR, assists with the execution of onboarding and other processes in support of the employee experience, advises employees on Human Resources policies and best practices & assists with internal communications.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain HR team communication email and perform initial triage for employee questions </li><li>Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation; may be responsible for assisting with creation and documentation of policies and the Employee Handbook </li><li>Create and maintain employee profiles in HRIS system </li><li>Completion of security and background requirements for employee access to client sites </li><li>Administer new hire onboarding to include scheduling live onboarding sessions, communicating with new employees, ensuring proper provisioning and conducting live onboarding sessions as needed </li><li>Conducts new employee survey and responds to open items/issues </li><li>Perform verification of employment and maintain employee records compliance using eVerify system </li><li>Ensure compliant maintenance of employee files and Human Resources Systems records </li><li>Work closely with HR Team in developing and executing communications to keep leadership and staff informed of pertinent information, operational, system or business changes </li><li>Support company-wide internal communications and engagement activities, as requested that positively impact team member fulfillment scores and company results. All efforts grounded in our culture, brand and business goals. </li><li>Assist with onboarding of new teams resulting from M&A activity. </li><li>Communicate, enhance, uphold, and align company's values, behaviors, and culture with organizational strategies. </li><li>Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations. </li><li>May assist with offboarding activities. </li><li>May be called upon to assist with employee relations issues and escalate them as necessary. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations maintaining confidentiality, as requested. </li><li>Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or related work experience </li><li>Two years plus years of experience in Human Resources </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Ability to objectively coach employees </li><li>The ability to research and analyze various different types of data information. </li><li>Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or government law. </li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize work, effectively working independently and in a team environment </li></ul> <p>#LI-AM2</p> <p>Benefits & Compensation</p> <p>Qualus benefits offered include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays, for those who qualify.</p> <p>The expected compensation range for this position is based upon several factors, including but not limited to education, qualifications, prior relevant work experience and work location.</p> <p>Company Overview</p> <p>Qualus is a leading pure-play power services firm and innovator at the forefront of the energy transition and transformation, with differentiated capabilities across grid modernization, resiliency, security, and sustainability.
