This is a great opportunity for entry-level/early career candidates.</p> <p>Your Role</p> <ul> <li>Identify Continuous Improvement needs, determine scope of each effort/project, assure execution, and conduct effectiveness reviews in coordination with Department Managers </li><li>Provide leadership for Continuous Improvement initiatives for the facility, including use of Problem Solving and Lean Manufacturing tools and methods </li><li>Review and analyze production data to determine where high waste areas exist in the production process. </li><li>Lead, and/or participate in both proactive and reactive problem-solving sessions </li><li>Perform routine floor audits, investigating high waste jobs and/or production processes. </li><li>Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) exercises with plant personnel. </li><li>Develop processes based on RCA that will drive waste reduction. </li><li>Work with departments to identify, develop, execute, and maintain results of cost reduction initiatives </li><li>Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate. </li><li>Support training of new systems and procedures where appropriate. </li><li>Monitor effectiveness of implemented processes and track cost savings. </li><li>Promote positive change for improvement based on data analysis </li><li>Must be able to utilize time management & multi-tasking skills to keep up with the demands of coordinating all the process improvement activities </li><li>Safety Responsibility: </li><li>Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures with a goal of no injuries/accidents. </li><li>Responsible for assisting in achieving plant wide safety goals. </li><li>Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment and conducting a daily 5S audit of work area. </li><li>Report all unsafe activities immediately to supervisor or human resources. </li></ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of RCA required. </li><li>Data analysis through Power BI, Excel, or similar strongly preferred. </li><li>Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma strongly preferred. </li><li>Experience in Pharmaceutical industry preferred. </li><li>Experience in a high-volume manufacturing industry preferred. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and public communication skills - written and verbal. </li><li>Strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Office. </li><li>Bachelors in Industrial Engineering or related field, or sufficient industry experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Project management skills </li><li>Must have working knowledge of quality systems ISO; statistical process control; continuous improvement; cGMP's. </li><li>Proven success with problem analysis, decision making and statistical analysis. </li><li>Able to work in a team environment. </li><li>Experience with database technology. </li></ul> <p>Our Offer</p> <p>We offer you a workplace in a stable environment at an international company which is an industry leader.
