Identify and transport material to and from storage areas and loading dock. Operate forklift/high-lift in order to lower stock to ground level pick-level slots from higher level reserve slots during night shift & day shift, and to put received stock in higher level storage slots during the day shift using safe operating practices.</p> <p>HOURS: Sunday - Thursday, Sunday starts at 5pm and Monday - Thursday at 6pm. End time is based on selection completion time</p> <p>PAY: Base rate of $19.57. $24.00 - $30.00 with incentive. Average earners are between $25-$27/hr</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Replenishes pick slots with product from reserve slots to maintain inventory levels for selection.</p> <p>Must be comfortable helping in other forklift related functions as business needs dictate.</p> <p>Performs operations and safety check, including battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher.</p> <p>Records all product, equipment and warehouse damage.</p> <p>Maintains the cleanliness of aisles by removing any debris from floor and racks.</p> <p>Follows safety policies and practices at all times.</p> <p>RELATIONSHIPS</p> <p>Must be comfortable working with and under the direction of managers, and inventory control. Must be able to work side by side with selectors, loaders, pallet wrappers, and sanitation.</p> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees require</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED preferred.</p> <p>Related Experience: A minimum of one year warehouse experience preferred.</p> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Willing to attain forklift certification including rider pallet jack and stand up reach truck; Good attention to detail; Ability to location labels; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
