<p>Job Description:</p> <p>All Applicants must submit the required application and additional materials online at www.applitrack.com/mvr3/onlineapp.</p> <p>MANDATORY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>60 college credit hours or associate degree required </li><li>Experience working with students preferred </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>ELL Resource </li><li>Possible virtual learning assistance </li><li>Assist students with disabilities according to their individualized needs </li><li>Assist in managing the behavior of students </li><li>Keep the administrators and teachers informed of any special needs or problems of individual students </li><li>Maintain confidentiality of information about children and their families in accordance with board policy and law </li><li>Participate in staff development training programs, faculty meetings, and special events as requested by administration </li><li>Work with students individually or in small groups </li><li>Follow instructions from teachers and administrators </li><li>Provide assistance and guidance of routines to a substitute in a teacher's absence </li><li>Work the number of days and hours specified when employed by the board; hours worked exclude lunch </li><li>Help supervise arrival and departure of students as needed </li><li>Help supervise students during lunch and recess as needed </li><li>Accompany students to special subjects such as music, physical education, art, and library as needed </li><li>Assist as classroom aide, computer lab aide, library aide, and secretary as needed </li><li>Perform other duties as may be assigned </li></ul> <p>For a complete listing of job responsibilities and fitness for duty requirements, see our Building Aide Job Description at www.mvr3.k12.mo.us</p> <p>TERMS: Part-time with retirement benefits only; 29.75 hours per week; $17.71+ for 60 hrs/sub cert. or $18.89+ for bachelor's with possible steps for experience</p> <p>EFFECTIVE: 2025-2026 school year</p> <p>SCREENING TO BEGIN: Immediately; open until filled</p> <p>CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt</p> <p>Recommendation to be given at the July 2025, Board of Education meeting.</p> <p>NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATION: The Meramec Valley R-III School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, disability, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by law in the admission, access to, treatment, and employment in its programs, services and activities.
