<p>Perigold, the destination for luxury home, is redefining the physical retail experience with first-of-their-kind luxury destinations. We are seeking a Senior Associate of Retail Operations Strategy to support the brand's physical retail growth and long-term operational excellence.</p> <p>As part of the Perigold stores team, you will help craft the "operational excellence playbook" designed to stand up and scale our luxury retail footprint. Reporting to the GM of Stores, you will be a forward-thinking collaborator driving the execution of a world-class customer and associate experience. This role is critical in ensuring our 20-30K square foot showrooms operate with the precision and sophistication required of a premier luxury brand.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operational Excellence: Identify and coach to operational opportunity areas within the Perigold physical retail portfolio to drive 4-wall success.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Playbooks: Develop long-term, replicable playbooks to support store operations during high-volume periods, season flips, and new gallery openings.</p> </li><li> <p>Training & Development: Partner with Learning & Development to maintain effective training programs that enhance the team's operational skills and product knowledge.</p> </li><li> <p>Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Home Office partners, Merchandising, and Design teams to align on the ideal operational flow and luxury service standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Project Leadership: Build materials and rollout timelines for store initiatives, tracking adoption and milestones to ensure consistent execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Market Insights: Gather best practices from luxury competitor analysis to continuously improve our operational effectiveness and "white-glove" service levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Performance Tracking: Maintain store KPIs and Back-of-House (BOH) improvements to ensure seamless inventory flow and showroom readiness.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience: 3+ years of physical retail experience required, with a strong preference for background in luxury retail or high-end design environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to execute complex strategies and provide the feedback necessary to bring a best-in-class experience to life.</p> </li><li> <p>Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate store leaders and cross-functional partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptability: A track record of thriving in high-growth, ambiguous environments where priorities can shift rapidly.</p> </li><li> <p>Analytical Skills: Ability to use sales analytics and CRM tools to drive operational improvements and team productivity.</p> </li><li> <p>Relationship Management: Strong ability to build relationships across the organization, from store teams to executive leadership.</p> </li></ul> <p>Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities</p> <p>Wayfair is fully committed to providing equal opportunities for all individuals, including individuals with disabilities.
