<p>Operations Manager</p> <p>Application Deadline: 15 August 2025</p> <p>Department: Operations - Management(OPS002)</p> <p>Employment Type: Full Time</p> <p>Location: R217-10_5489 Josh Birmingham Parkway</p> <p>Reporting To: Assistant General Manager</p> <p>Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 / year</p> <p>Description</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our rental car services. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving team performance across all facets of the business, including lot logistics, vehicle readiness, detailing, and client service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment, brings strong leadership skills, and is passionate about team development and operational excellence</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Own the daily performance of the department, including the Ready Line, Detail, and Lot Logistics. </li><li>Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists are executed per shift. </li><li>Monitor staffing levels and make daily adjustments based on volume and projections. </li><li>Submit daily operational summaries and shift updates to the Manager. </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership & Development</p> <ul> <li>Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of frontline staff and supervisors. </li><li>Set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. </li><li>Act as first-line support for supervisors, providing guidance, redirection, and performance feedback. Financial Oversight </li><li>Monitor and analyze P&L statements to inform operational decisions.
