<p>Clary Sage College is looking for a technical expert in Lash Artistry to lead our specialized lash training while providing support to the Esthetics department. This role is ideal for a lash artist who excels in the fine details of lash application-from classic sets to advanced designer styling-and has a heart for education.</p> <p>Key Instructional Focus: Lash Artistry</p> <p>You will be the primary subject matter expert for all lash-related curriculum, ensuring students master:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Application Techniques: Professional execution of Classic, Hybrid, and Volume sets.</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Precision: In-depth training on placement, isolation, and bond integrity.</p> </li><li> <p>Artistic Design: Advanced mapping based on eye shape, facial symmetry, and "Designer" lash styling.</p> </li><li> <p>Product Theory: Expert knowledge of diameters, lengths, and curl types to ensure lash health and customized results.</p> </li></ul> <p>General Esthetics Support</p> <p>Beyond lash specialization, you will assist the Esthetics department by supporting the needs of the Esthetics department.
