<p>Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking an Associate Category Manager.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Build strong relationship with Walmart as a trusted Category advisor across different BEER Segments </li><li>The Associate Category Manager will lead, motivate and drive strong engagement with internal and external partners </li><li>Effectively communicate, manage and prioritize workload across multiple projects </li><li>Develop impactful category analyses and consumer insights using a range of syndicated and non-syndicated data sources </li><li>Synthesize learnings from various sources (shopper data, scan data, custom research) to create clear and impactful selling stories in a visually appealing manner using PowerPoint </li><li>As an Associate Category Manager, you will effectively educate internal teammates and external customers on growth opportunities through clear and impactful communications </li><li>Goal of identifying opportunities to grow the Beer Category* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field </li><li>0-3 years of experience in Category Management role </li><li>Intermediate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate and organize data </li><li>Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software, and measures (IRI, Nielsen, etc.) </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to use large data sets to develop insights, identify and present opportunities and recommendations to external partners in a persuasive manner </li><li>Familiarity using dashboarding software (PowerBI) and space planning software (JDA, etc.) is preferred </li></ul>
