Deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards that keep our clients happy and loyal!</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Service Excellence: Follow our 28-day service schedule, conducting the 29-step preventative maintenance process on all dish machines. </li><li>Troubleshooting Pro: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to ensure smooth operations for our customers. </li><li>Sales Skills: Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue. </li><li>Emergency Support: Provide on-call emergency service when needed, showcasing your commitment to our clients. </li><li>Payment Management: Collect payments and follow up to keep accounts current. </li><li>Logistics: Deliver and pick up chemicals safely and efficiently. </li><li>Safety First: Drive company vehicles responsibly, maintaining a clean driving record. </li><li>Relationship Builder: Build rapport with decision-makers and address customer concerns with professionalism. </li><li>Training & Support: Educate customers on proper chemical usage to control costs and promote safety. </li><li>Negotiation: Work on service agreement renewals and discuss price adjustments when necessary. </li><li>Flexibility: Participate in an on-call rotation and be prepared to drive in various conditions, including inclement weather and evenings. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications / Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Drivers' license. </li><li>Mechanical aptitude and skills. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication abilities. </li><li>Able to lift 50lbs </li></ul>
