<p>You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Americas as a Business Analyst.</p> <p>You will be part of the Chief of Staff (COS) office, which is responsible for a variety of initiatives relating to strategy, advisory, budget & performance reviews, etc.</p> <p>Your concrete missions will be the following:</p> <ol> <li>Reporting & Senior Management Presentations: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Produce periodic reports relating to commercial performance, noteworthy deals, platform profitability, budget ambitions, risk, markets, business opportunities, etc. </li><li>Enhance and develop KPI reporting capacities by leveraging new technologies (ex: Power BI) and by collaborating with teams from all divisions, including coverage, products, head of countries, finance, risk, strategy, etc. </li><li>Provide presentations to Senior Management for committees, regulators, clients, and as on-demand requests </li><li>Master the structure of Crédit Agricole CIB's various data sources in order to showcase features of performance and become a point-person for reporting teams from other groups </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Strategy & Project Management </li></ol> <ul> <li>Assist in formulating presentations to help decision-making for Senior Management, in terms of business development, countries strategies, medium term plan, etc. </li><li>Work with various stakeholders in the organization to reach business development and optimization goals through deep analysis, business reviews, market intelligence, KPI's tracking, change management, etc. </li><li>Support in the execution of CEO-sponsored projects: analysis, definition, alignment and implementation </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Support & Coordination </li></ol> <ul> <li>Serve as the key point of contact to facilitate projects under tight deadlines and gather information to drive common goals </li><li>Support CEO, COS and Head of Coverage and Investment Banking for ad hoc requests, often related to business opportunities or confidential studies </li><li>Provide support in the preparation of materials for Executive Committee, Management Committees, Risk Committees, etc. </li></ul> <p>To be eligible for a VIE:</p> <ul> <li>Be less than 29 years old </li><li>Be graduated of Master Degree </li><li>Be EU citizen </li></ul> <p>Don't forget to mention this information explicitly in English in your resume and/or cover letter!</p> <p>Hard Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong project management skills; </li><li>Knowledge of the CIB offerings; </li><li>Strong skills in data management ; </li><li>Ability to understand and translate insights into concise analysis; </li><li>Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI); </li><li>Fluent French & English; </li><li>Spanish would be a plus. </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to details; </li><li>Good communication skills; </li><li>Ability to work under high level of pressure and result-driven ; </li><li>Autonomy ; </li><li>Ability to prioritize in order to respect deadlines ; </li><li>Capacity to adapt to change. </li></ul>
