<p>The part-time Training and Programming Coordinator supports programs and initiatives that enhance employee/community engagement and learning & development. Responsibilities include coordinating educational programs and events, as well as planning and executing annual programs, special events, and ad hoc activities.</p> <p>This position is part-time and up to 19 hours/week.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordination of engagement events including onboarding, managers' training, recognition events, and other initiatives in support of the division</p> </li><li> <p>Provide direct support to division leadership in the planning and implementation of office initiatives and special projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with campus partners to advance inclusive programming and engagement efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:</p> <p>This position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in community engagement and/or employee training and learning</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in office administration and coordination of general office functions, including strong skills in Microsoft Word, Forms, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong professional writing skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong verbal communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work constructively under deadlines and with complex subject matter.</p> </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong interpersonal skills,</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in managing interpersonal interactions, administrative details, and confidential information.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to analyze event and training data to evaluate programming</p> </li></ul> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment visa including student visas.</p>
