<p>CSM Truck Parts and Service is looking for a talented individual to take on the full time Outside Parts Sales Representative position. Main responsibilities will include selling heavy and light duty truck parts while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Excellent benefits offered. CSM values their employees and strives to offer opportunities for professional growth.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Sells heavy duty and/or light duty truck parts </li><li>Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts </li><li>Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company </li><li>Cultivate assigned customer territories and accounts </li><li>Solicit and grow new accounts </li></ul> <p>Primary Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains relationships with all customers </li><li>Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an advisor to wholesale or retail customers </li><li>Spends a part of each day in solicitation of new business </li><li>Successfully complete product and sales training courses as assigned </li><li>Develop and maintain full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies </li><li>Maintains parts-related correspondence </li><li>Keeps up to date on new products </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma; associate's degree (AA) preferred </li><li>Prior sales experience </li><li>Valid Driver's License </li><li>Ability to sit throughout day while driving to and from various customer locations; average longest single durations approximately 1.5 hours; must also sit while driving fork-lift for short period of time </li><li>Computer, mathematical and customer service skills </li><li>Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis </li><li>Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements </li><li>Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customer and staff to assist with purchase decisions </li><li>Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven </li></ul>
