<p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Trading for client activity </li><li>Interaction with custodians, platforms, and strategic partners </li><li>Responsible for orders from pre-trade status through trade execution and settlement </li><li>Run audit reports to identify accounts that need to be invested </li><li>Settle trade breaks and ensure trades get properly allocated to multiple custodians </li><li>Foster and promote a solutions-oriented team mentality that provides the best solutions for the business </li><li>Maintain industry knowledge regarding trends and technologies </li><li>Perform other duties and manage other projects as required </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Two or more years of experience in SMA fixed income trading and operations / clearing </li><li>Knowledge of swaps, bonds, equities, futures, and options </li><li>Experience with fixed income markets and a strong understanding of how credit is evaluated and priced </li><li>Thorough and broad understanding of how capital and trading markets function </li><li>Proficient familiarity with the infrastructure around trade execution and risk management systems </li><li>Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required </li><li>High degree of competency in mathematics and the ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve problems </li><li>Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Bloomberg </li><li>Coding and Database experience preferred </li><li>Experience with Perform preferred </li><li>Strong problem research and resolution skills </li><li>Ability to work independently, as part of a focused team, and across teams to achieve results </li><li>Ability to learn, adapt, and coach others on new and evolving technologies </li></ul>
