Challenge Unlimited, Inc., has over 60 years of experience serving individuals with disabilities while earning a reputation as a trusted business partner to private commercial companies and federal and state government agencies.</p> <ul> <li>Pay Rate: $17.85 per hour + Great Benefits </li><li>Shifts: Full-time/ 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday- Friday No Weekends, No Overtime </li><li>Location: Alton, Illinois </li></ul> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Train and assist clients to engage in work and/or alternative activities, monitor their progress and behavior, provide feedback and redirection as needed. </li><li>Prepare and maintain the work area or activity area prior to, during, and after the clients' shift. </li><li>Complete daily documentation and any data entry. </li><li>Assist with the development and implementation of client programs and goals by understanding pertinent information regarding clients. </li><li>Assist with the activities of daily living (ADL) and with community outings and work. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. Experience with people with developmental disabilities (DD) or mental illness (MI) is preferred. </li><li>Basic computer operating / data entry skills required. </li><li>Must pass a criminal background check.
