Prior experience as a Center Director and Director 1 and 2 Credentials are required to be considered for this role.</p> <p>Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year commensurate with experience</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>The Executive Center Director oversees operations across multiple centers, ensuring consistent implementation of company policies, quality standards, and overall performance.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct oversight and support to Center Leadership across a designated locations. </li><li>Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations. </li><li>Monitor enrollment, retention, and operational efficiency at each center. </li><li>Implement staff training and development programs. </li><li>Function as a liaison between center staff and the corporate office to ensure alignment with company goals. </li><li>Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational consistency and quality. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Business, or related field. </li><li>At least 2 years of experience managing preschools. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. </li></ul>
