Every day, our colleagues are challenging what's possible and making headway to innovate new treatment pathways to advance patient outcomes and set new standards of care.</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>The Burn Specialist is part of the Operating Room (OR) Business Unit and reports to an Area Director or Vice President for assigned accounts.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Help position Integra to become the #1 Regenerative Solution for the Burn Market, and those procedures conducted in the Burn OR </li><li>Manage, Develop, sell, in-service all assigned Integra Burn accounts in Geographic area and other areas of the US as necessary and as determined by Area Director </li><li>Educate the Burn Community on the benefits of Integra Burn utilizing KOLs doing weekly/ bi-weekly education events. </li><li>Attend all approved Burn-related meetings in the coverage area </li><li>Travel as required to all assigned Burn accounts for in-servicing, education and application </li><li>Facilitate ordering process and inventory for Burn accounts, working closely with the Area Director and Enterprise Accounts Director to ensure all Burn-related opportunities are maximized </li><li>Work closely with Clinical Affairs / Medical Affairs on the development of a Burn Advisory Committee, Burn Center of Excellence, Burn KOL Development, Burn Abstracts / Studies / Registries and other burn-related initiatives in the coverage area </li><li>Assist in the training and development of local Integra sales team so they are proficient in Burn to assist on the day-to-day in assigned account(s) as required. </li><li>Conduct Burn training for Integra staff as necessary </li><li>Assist Marketing and Sales in crafting the sales strategy for Burn </li><li>Exceed established new business requirements </li><li>Work closely with the contracting team to develop a strong economic model committed to Burn facilities. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications / Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience </li><li>Minimum of 4 years of professional or related experience </li><li>Previous Manager of burn teams preferred </li><li>Prior burn portfolio sales experience </li><li>Burn unit relationships </li><li>Contracting/sales experience specific to hospital OR </li><li>Must live within the territory, near a major airport </li></ul> <p>Other: Required</p> <ul> <li>The ability to work in Operating room environment. </li><li>Ability to travel which may include weekend and/or overnight travel. </li><li>Team Player </li><li>Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking and problem solving skills required. </li><li>A qualified candidate will be efficient, organized, self-motivated, positive and pro-active </li><li>Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols and solutions preferred </li><li>Prior burn portfolio sales experience </li><li>Contracting/sales experience specific to hospital OR </li></ul> <p>Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
