You'll guide individuals and families through their apartment search journey, support lease signings and renewals, and contribute to the success of your community through exceptional customer service and sales efforts.</p> <p>You'll report to the Community Leader and work Tuesday through Saturday. This is a great opportunity to start a rewarding career in property management with a company that's committed to your development and success.</p> <p>As a Service (Maintenance) Team Member you will be Responsible for repairs of mechanical or aesthetic issues; general building preventative maintenance; maintaining the environmental conditions of spaces; maintaining accurate levels of inventory related to the building's mechanical systems; know and perform individual emergency procedures and duties as dictated by the site emergency procedure manual.</p> <p>You'll report to the Service Manager and Community Leader and work Monday - Friday with potential weekends and on-call coverage for emergencies.
