<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Field Tech in Miami, FL (Florida).</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Technical Field Tech will conduct daily visits to locations within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) to resolve technical issues and accurately document all activities in ServiceNow (SNOW) </li><li>Perform on site installations, repairs, maintenance, and functional testing of restaurant technology systems, including imaging devices, network cabling, POS systems, KDS screens, printers, and other equipment </li><li>Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions </li><li>Adhere to all clients' operational procedures and required safety protocols </li><li>Collaborate closely with internal and external technical teams to support incident resolution and restoration efforts </li><li>Understand customer needs, provide informed recommendations, and deliver clear technical briefings when necessary </li><li>As a Technical Field Tech, you will build and maintain strong working relationships with on-site staff, internal support teams, and vendor partners </li><li>Participate in meetings to share field insights, escalate concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts </li><li>Train on site personnel on basic technical tasks to enhance their ability to address routine issues* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience; A degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer/Data Systems Management or a related field or discipline is preferred but not required </li><li>3+ years of technical experience in desktop, application deployment, configuration management cabling and hardware installation </li><li>Experience with ServiceNow incident tracking while capable of holding vendors accountability for restoration efforts </li><li>Candidate must be comfortable with multitasking across several projects and managing several stakeholders at any given time </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Business into technical details and vice versa </li><li>Problem-solving skills to diagnose problems with malfunctioning equipment </li><li>Self-motivated, trustworthy, with the ability to initiate team unity and encourage team morale </li><li>Time-management skills to handle appointments efficiently and stay on schedule </li><li>Required- ability to work weekends as needed, or based on individual support shift or role </li><li>Ability to work late nights based on individual project needs (limited requirements if at all) </li><li>Ability to speak Spanish would be a bonus, but not required </li></ul>
