As a Network, ATCs are positioned to unlock greater opportunities and exponential value for our clients.</p> <p>The Value for Our Clients and Our People:</p> <p>For our clients, the Network provides the strength of our geographic diversity, greater resilience, and seamless access to the deepest industry knowledge, the latest in Gen AI solutions, and tech expertise from around the world.</p> <p>For our people, it brings an opportunity to shape truly boundaryless career paths in a highly collaborative team of experts where they can learn from each other and solve the world's most complex client challenges.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <p>As an SAP Production Planning Lead, you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead a team of resources to analyze requirements and configure and implement SAP Production Planning (PP) modules in a manufacturing environment (discrete manufacturing).</p> </li><li> <p>Leading client Fit/Gap workshops on SAP PP best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Configuring and implementing SAP PP modules for manufacturing</p> </li><li> <p>Developing and optimizing production planning processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Integrating SAP PP with other SAP modules like MM and SD.</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting with the functional data conversion validation.</p> </li><li> <p>Preparing test scripts, test data, and executing functional unit tests and system integration tests.</p> </li><li> <p>Providing support and training for SAP PP/DS end-users.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to SAP PP modules.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the SAP system.</p> </li><li> <p>Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with clients on process and system design for the following areas:</p> </li><li> <p>Production capacity planning</p> </li><li> <p>Plan rough cut capacity</p> </li><li> <p>Plan detailed capacity</p> </li><li> <p>Capture, monitor, adjust capacity</p> </li><li> <p>Production planning & scheduling</p> </li><li> <p>Import demand plan</p> </li><li> <p>Manage material requirements planning</p> </li><li> <p>Perform production scheduling</p> </li><li> <p>Plan long - run/term production</p> </li><li> <p>Manage detailed production</p> </li><li> <p>Issue / Dispatch planned, process, production orders</p> </li></ul> <p>This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office. May consider qualified applicants in Houston, TX.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of five years SAP Production Planning module configuration and implementation </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). (If Associate Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience) </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if:</p> <ul> <li>SAP Production Planning & Control in Discrete and/or Process industries </li><li>Added advantage if also experienced in SAP Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) </li><li>You excel at working creatively in a problem-solving environment. </li><li>Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes. </li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
