Leveraging your deep experience with SAP ERP configuration and programming, you'll play a pivotal role in developing applications, integrating software, and maintaining robust technical documentation. Partnering closely with functional leaders and end-users, you'll tackle complex troubleshooting and issue resolution, deliver targeted training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive the success of our SAP ecosystem. If you're passionate about working at the intersection of business processes and enterprise software, this is an exceptional opportunity to make your mark on the future of Lesaffre!</p> <p>What You'll do as an SAP Competency Center Analyst</p> <ul> <li>Provide problem resolution support, troubleshooting and managing user requests in the SAP system </li><li>Manage SolMan tickets, including resolving issues, communicating status updates, and reporting on ticket statistics </li><li>Participate in review meetings to share knowledge and best practices with colleagues </li><li>Deliver training on SAP functions and the Lesaffre Core Model </li><li>Perform master data maintenance, quality checks, and adjustments as needed </li><li>Manage user authorizations, including creating/modifying roles and proposing improvements </li><li>Maintain up-to-date documentation and user manuals for the Lesaffre Core Model </li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with proposed solutions </li><li>Perform system configurations, setups, and cross-train other SAP Competency Center Analysts </li><li>Manage system changes and implementations related to the Lesaffre Core Model, including upgrades, new module rollouts, and integrations </li><li>Assist with other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year university</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience in a position working directly with SAP modules including</p> </li><li> <p>Quality module (QM), Production Planning (PP), Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM), and Plant Maintenance (PM)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting a manufacturing organization</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel 20-25% within the U.S. and globally as requested</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with integration suite, interfaces with 3rd party software, EDI </li><li>This position is not open for immigration sponsorship.
