We are seeking candidates who are committed to delivering top-quality work, offering exceptional customer service, and actively contributing to our mission.</p> <ul> <li>Execute both basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all Tesla products </li><li>Collaborate with team members to maximize repair efficiency and ensure exceptional product delivery, including vehicle cleaning and detailing </li><li>Operate a variety of high-quality hand, power, and shop tools </li><li>Utilize a company supplied laptop for diagnostics and online training </li><li>Accurately document repairs and inspect and maintain shop equipment, requesting replacements as necessary </li><li>Provide direct feedback to Tesla's design and engineering teams to continuously enhance repair procedures and products </li><li>Maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in a dynamic environment </li><li>Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, including familiarity with tools, materials, and techniques </li><li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office </li><li>Proactive willingness to learn emerging automotive technologies </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in order to meet business critical deadlines </li><li>Valid driver's license required </li></ul>
