<p>JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES</p> <p>IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for maintaining and stocking bars in accordance with department procedures and standards.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Receives, fills, and delivers stock orders/requisitions </li><li>Responsible for keeping bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer and glassware </li><li>Cleans floors, equipment, countertops and shelves in assigned outlets </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assists Bartender with maintaining garnishes, washing glassware and overall cleanliness of bars </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to follow written directions </li><li>Must be able to fill stock orders </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Knowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including proper identification, refusal of service and shutoff procedures </li><li>Basic knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and glassware </li><li>Thorough knowledge of ice handling procedures as well as health and sanitation guidelines </li><li>Working knowledge of the property and gaming floor </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Outlet-specific standard operating procedures </li><li>SMART alcohol awareness </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to bend and stand for extended periods of time </li><li>Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
