Support of Food & Beverage marketing campaigns and support. Analytics and reporting of various campaigns. Assisting DOSM to develop and implement communications, promotions, publicity and revenue-generating programs for the total hotel to include guest rooms and F&B outlets.</p> <p>A little taste of your day-to-day</p> <p>Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports. </li><li>Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. </li><li>Coordinate site visits, hotel tours, and client meetings, ensuring all arrangements are handled professionally. </li><li>Manage and update sales databases, ensuring all client information and sales activities are accurately recorded. </li><li>Manage and update sales databases, ensuring all client information and sales activities are accurately recorded. </li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt, professional, and informative responses via phone, email, and in person. </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their requests are handled efficiently. </li><li>Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., front office, catering, events) to ensure seamless service delivery for clients. </li><li>Process sales-related expenses and invoices in a timely and accurate manner. </li><li>Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all sales-related documents are readily accessible. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Expectations:</p> <ul> <li> <p>University or College degree/diploma preferably in Hospitality, Marketing or Business (Recommended)</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional working knowledge of Social Media and how to adapt that to a work environment.</p> </li><li> <p>(Facebook, Instagram, Google+ YouTube, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and oral English language skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Computer training and typing Skills. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Constant Contact, In Design, Photoshop or equivalents).</p> </li></ul>
