<p>Akkodis is seeking a WorkForce Software Deployment Lead for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI. Candidates must have hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience as they support full SDLC activities, including requirements gathering and multi-wave implementation.</p> <p>Rate Range: $65/hour to $78/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>WorkForce Software Deployment Lead job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Translating business capabilities into enterprise-level architecture models, solution concepts, and technology strategies that guide programs and portfolios.</p> </li><li> <p>Defining and governing integration approaches for information, processes, and systems to ensure alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and IT functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Developing, maintaining, and communicating architectural artifacts-including business, data, application, service, and technology architectures-to support strategic decision-making.</p> </li><li> <p>Leading cross-functional architecture discussions, ensuring adherence to standards, and driving enterprise governance processes for aligned technology delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Setting direction for future-state architecture standards, patterns, and roadmaps, and supporting research, evaluations, and prototyping of emerging technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Providing expert guidance on PLM strategy-particularly 3DEXPERIENCE/3DX-and directing BOM management architecture to ensure a single source of truth across the product lifecycle.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</p> </li><li> <p>10+ years of IT experience supporting complex, large-scale enterprise programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on configuration experience with WorkForce Software (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Job Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting) and strong knowledge of labor/timekeeping regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven background leading full SDLC deployments for workforce management systems across large employee populations (10,000+), with experience in union and non-union manufacturing environments.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
