<p>Develop comprehensive event plans by defining scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies. Coordinate leadership briefings and technical discussions involving senior DoD personnel, international dignitaries, and stakeholders. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure mission-critical event outcomes. Manage all logistical requirements, including site selection, facility acquisition, security arrangements, vendor procurement, transportation coordination, and attendee communication. Ensure facilities and resources meet security requirements for classified information handling during events. Coordinate audiovisual, communication, and IT systems integration to support classified and unclassified discussions. Ensure all event operations comply with DoD regulations for classified and secure environments. Partner with security officers to implement protocols for attendee clearances, onsite physical security, and secure storage of materials. Adhere to required protocols for overseas work with international partners or military units. Prepare detailed reports and after-action reviews (AARs) for senior leadership. Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, including program leaders, military representatives, contractors, and external agencies. Manage cross-functional event teams to ensure tasks are delivered efficiently and on schedule. Act as a liaison between government officials and contractors to address operational needs and resolve challenges. Ability to work under pressure, manage tight timelines, and adapt to shifting priorities. Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Familiarity with DoD facility requirements, security protocols (SCIFs, classified material handling), and contract regulations. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain trust with senior leadership and stakeholders. Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or related field. Equivalent military or professional experience may be substituted. Experience: Proven experience managing DoD events, secure briefings, or equivalent high-stakes events. Minimum of 5 years in program or project management. Skills and Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent preferred. Expertise in Microsoft Office and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Adobe Acrobat). Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p>
