Maintenance tasks include, but not limited to grass mowing, pavement repair, fence repair and general upkeep of grounds or buildings. Because this is a temporary position, there are no benefits available.</p> <p>The hours for this position are: Monday through Friday - 07:00AM to 03:30PM.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Mow/weed-eat grass. </li><li>Operate small and large mowing equipment. </li><li>FOD Control. </li><li>Landscaping. </li><li>Perform minor and major repairs as directed by the Supervisor or Group Leader. </li><li>Report any unusual security situations to the Safety Department. </li><li>Maintain appearance by corrosion control of all airport equipment. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver's License. </li><li>Must be over the age of 18 due to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. </li><li>Must be able to pass a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) criminal history background check due to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Operate small equipment and power tools. </li><li>Lift up to 100 pounds. </li><li>Climb ladders and stairs. </li><li>Climb, craw, walk, sit, stand, pull, push, stoop, bend, squat, stretch. </li><li>Have full physical dexterity and agility. </li><li>Write, talk, see, hear. </li><li>Operate airport radio. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Work independently. </li><li>Work as a Team. </li><li>Work in all types of weather and temperature conditions. </li><li>Work outside and inside. </li><li>Exposure to moving machinery. </li><li>Multiple work sites including IAA Reliever airports. </li></ul>
