We currently have an opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Louisville, KY.</p> <p>Pay: up to $27.50/hour</p> <ul> <li>There is a training rate of $20.85 for the first 30 days, after 30 days the wage increases to $23.77-$27.50 (depending on role) </li><li>8-hour scheduled shifts, up to 12 hours shifts with overtime </li><li>Availability to work rotating shifts which can include overtime & weekends </li><li>Must be highly motivated, energetic, a team-player with effective interpersonal skills, and have an excellent attendance record. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Your Role:</p> <p>As a Machine Operator, your duties are to tend machines which spool, carton and pack foil.</p> <p>You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!</p> <ul> <li>Work with aluminum foil, paper cores, glue, carton stock, shipping cases, containers, bins, scrap foil, and scrap tubs. </li><li>Use tools such as Aluminum foil, paper cores, tape, carton stock, shipping cases, hoist, hand tools such as, but not limited to, knife, wrench, air hoses, and markers, etc. </li><li>Moves rack of metal from dock or holding area to storage area and from storage area to shafting area as needed. </li><li>Check metal for proper gauge identification. </li><li>Return empty racks to storage area. </li><li>Remove scrap foil from metal core.
