<p>JOB TITLE: Marketing / Digital Production Assistant</p> <p>DEPARTMENT: Marketing</p> <p>FLSA: Full-Time; Exempt</p> <p>DURATION: OPEN Until Filled</p> <p>POSITION PURPOSE</p> <p>The Marketing/ Digital Production Assistant will assist in executing marketing strategies, analyzing marketing efforts by interacting face-to-face with consumers, content creation and development, and contributing to the overall growth of OIC, Inc.'s brand.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization. </li><li>Planning and executing: Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, including web and print campaigns. </li><li>Analyzing data: Monitor campaigns and evaluate results using data analysis tools. </li><li>Creating marketing collateral: Create and manage the production of marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. </li><li>Organizing events: Help with planning and the organization of events </li><li>Administrative support: Provide project-specific administrative support. </li><li>Maintaining databases: Manage and maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) software. </li><li>Present results: Prepare reports and present results to internal communities and management. </li><li>Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns through multiple channels of communication. </li><li>Analyze consumer trends by working face-to-face with consumers to inform marketing and sales strategies. </li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team/director to create engaging conversations with consumers. </li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement of sales. </li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service to consumers while assisting with sales orders. </li><li>Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing and sales strategies. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Degree in Marketing, Communications, Film or Business; 2 years prior experience.</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:</p> <p>Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and adhere to deadline; Strong communications skills with the ability to build relationships; critical thinking, problem-solving; Passion for customer satisfaction; Skills in design software (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.); A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>HIRING RANGE: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00/annually</p> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <ul> <li>Medical </li><li>Dental </li><li>Vision </li><li>403b Retirement </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>10 Paid Holidays (including birthday) </li></ul> <p>EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER</p> <p>OIC, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
