Kitley Avenue, Indianapolis, IN. 26419</p> <p>Compensation & Schedule:</p> <p>$30 - $35 per hour | Hourly | Full-Time</p> <p>Monday-Friday, 1st Shift 6:30a-3:30p <em>Option to work on Saturdays</em></p> <p>OT Availability</p> <p>Benefits of Joining Our Team:</p> <p>401K & Profit Sharing (up to 6% employer contributions)</p> <p>Cell Phone Stipend</p> <p>Comprehensive Health/Wellness Benefits</p> <p>HSA & FSA Options</p> <p>Collaborative & Results Driven Culture</p> <p>Paid Time Off & Holidays</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide preventive maintenance on mobile equipment(forklifts/skid steers), balers, shredders, and conveyors </li><li>Trouble shoot hydraulic, mechanical, motors, etc. </li><li>Repair/replace chains, belts, motors, sensors, etc. </li><li>Operate independently </li><li>Support safety initiatives and conduct training of new safety initiatives. </li><li>Utilize KPA software to manage work orders, log preventative maintenance, and support safety compliance efforts across the facility. </li><li>Maintain relationships with vendors/contractors </li><li>Manage shop supplies and parts. </li><li>*53' semi-trailer knowledge is a plus. </li><li>Ability to multi-task as well as being self-disciplined. </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent </li><li>5+ years of professional industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience </li><li>5 + Leadership experience a plus </li><li>Valid Driver's License </li><li>High level of mechanical aptitude </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc.) </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish/English is not required, but a plus </li><li>Welding experience or willingness to learn </li><li>Hydraulic experience or willingness to learn </li><li>Valid Driver's License </li></ul> <p>Company Overview:</p> <p>Be a part of the fastest-growing waste and recycling company in the country.
