<p>Thank you for considering a career at Mercy Health!</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours:</p> <p>40</p> <p>Work Shift:</p> <p>Days (United States of America)</p> <p>920Q50 - Supervisor, Rehabilitation- West Market</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Supervisor, Rehabilitation, plays a pivotal role in managing daily operations within the Rehabilitation/Therapy departments, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. This position collaborates closely with Rehabilitation leadership to maintain consistent care standards and optimize patient outcomes.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Manages daily operations of rehabilitation services, ensuring compliance with professional, local, state, national, and Joint Commission standards. Provides direct patient care and supervision as needed. </li><li>Assists Rehabilitation leadership in developing operating and capital budgets. Focuses on productivity, revenue enhancement, and cost control to meet financial goals. Ensures adherence to revenue cycle policies and benchmarks, fostering staff accountability. </li><li>Supports recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and retention of staff. Maintains optimal staffing levels to meet patient care demands and enhance productivity. Conducts regular meetings to foster effective communication. </li><li>Implements comprehensive quality improvement programs based on relevant indicators and care standards. Maintains equipment functionality and safety processes. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care processes. </li><li>Develops strategies for task management and intervention implementation. Facilitates research, identifies resources, and provides recommendations for successful outcomes. </li><li>Drives continuous operational efficiency improvements while emphasizing clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. </li></ul> <p>This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
