Anchor is a proud member of the Weaver family!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage all phases of multiple projects, including design document creation, specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs, constructability, and construction administration </li><li>Direct, coordinate, supervise, and mentor staff level team members </li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment </li><li>Develop conceptual designs, 3D renderings, schematic designs, design development, and construction documents, in compliance with applicable codes </li><li>Advise Senior Project Manager on project design schedule and budget </li><li>Coordinate and lead project-related meetings, including preparing proposals and presentations for client review </li><li>Coordinate and lead design meetings with internal team members and sub-consultants </li><li>Observe and evaluate periodically on-site construction conditions to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications </li><li>Research project-related laws, codes, and other jurisdictional requirements </li><li>Perform in-depth due diligence tasks </li><li>Review drawings from staff level team members </li><li>Review Request for Information responses, addendums, and construction change directives </li><li>Provide guidance to subcontractors by interpreting design specifications </li><li>Update and maintain project archives, records, drawings, and specifications </li><li>Consistently meet deadlines as required by project work and supervisors </li><li>Perform related duties as assigned </li><li>Seek professional and leadership development training, from both internal and external resources, to foster professional growth and furtherance of team mission </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>At least 4 years of relevant experience with site design projects </li><li>Bachelor of Science in Engineering (4-yr degree) </li><li>National Council of Examiners for Engineering (NCEES) record </li><li>Passed or planning to sit for Principals of Engineering Exam </li><li>Maintain professional development hours </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and Microsoft Office </li></ul> <p>EOE/AA/M/F/Vet/Disability</p> <p>#ZR</p> <p>Founded in 2006, Anchor Construction pushes the boundaries of design-build excellence.
