<p>Benefits:</p> <p>Bonus based on performance</p> <p>Employee discounts</p> <p>Free uniforms</p> <p>Reports to:</p> <p>Front Desk Manager</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Fluent in Spanish</p> <p>Proficient reading and writing skills</p> <p>Computer Skills</p> <p>Weekends availability</p> <p>Evenings (closing 5-11pm) availability</p> <p>Special Skills:</p> <p>Strong customer service skills</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Greet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they leave the club</p> <p>Check in all members and guests following company procedures</p> <p>Communicate any system alerts or messages during check-in</p> <p>Answer phone calls in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner</p> <p>Share information about special events with members and guests</p> <p>Create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks in</p> <p>Assist members with requests or refer them to a manager when needed</p> <p>Maintain a professional attitude at all times</p> <p>Make outbound calls to leads and members with billing issues</p> <p>Process payments for member services in line with company policies</p> <p>Be familiar with the facility layout, services offered, and class schedules</p> <p>Keep the front desk area clean and organized and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all gym areas</p> <p>Support management with projects or tasks as needed</p> <p>Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook</p> <p>Complete opening and closing duties as assigned</p> <p>Enforce Crunch policies and deny access to members or guests who are not allowed to work out due to unpaid balances, system alerts, or not meeting facility requirements</p> <p>Send a quick End of Day (EOD) summary including membership sales, Kickoffs (KOs) booked, phone calls made, and any other important shift highlights</p> <p>Meetings:</p> <p>Monthly or Weekly Department Meetings Employee Training Meetings</p>
