<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>This position is responsible for collecting specimens for testing including urine, hair, saliva, and breath alcohol tests for TEAM customers desired at the customer's location. An effective team member has a basic understanding of the testing performed by TEAM on behalf of our customers, have excellent communication skills and ability to present TEAM professionally to customers.</p> <p>This is an in-person part-time position the Tulsa, OK area.</p> <p>10 - 20 Average Hours Per Week</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Performs onsite collection for drug & alcohol testing of urine, hair, saliva, breath specimens as needed onsite for TEAM customers in adherence to defined testing protocol </li><li>Serves as the backup collector for drug & alcohol testing of urine, hair, saliva, breath specimens as defined by the customer in TEAM clinics </li><li>Ensures sufficient collection supplies are fully stocked for weekly needs for onsite testing scheduled </li><li>Provide feedback and communication with customers on the logistics of testing protocol </li><li>Assist TEAM customers with questions and needs as needed </li><li>Maintains required paperwork, scans, and files daily to ensure proper reporting and records </li><li>Assist with after-hours testing in the surrounding area as needed by TEAM customers </li><li>Assist all departments as needed </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma with 1 year of industry experience (preferred), but not required</p> </li><li> <p>Computer Skills:</p> </li><li> <p>High-level knowledge of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs)</p> </li><li> <p>Other:</p> </li><li> <p>Broad understanding of strategic planning and production outcome</p> </li><li> <p>Soft Skills Required:</p> </li><li> <p>Communication: Communicates instructions and information clearly, calmly, and professionally with donors, clients, and team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to Detail: Demonstrates strong accuracy in documentation, chain-of-custody procedures, and compliance requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Organization & Time Management: Maintains an orderly workflow, prioritizes tasks effectively, and manages high-volume clinic or onsite environments with efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Service & Empathy: Provides a respectful, judgment-free experience for donors, using empathy and professionalism to support individuals who may be anxious or unfamiliar with testing procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptability: Adjusts smoothly to schedule changes, onsite environments, or unexpected situations while maintaining compliance and professionalism.</p> </li><li> <p>Conflict Resolution: De-escalates difficult or emotional situations with donors using tact, patience, and clear communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Integrity & Professional Judgment: Upholds confidentiality, neutrality, and the highest ethical standards in specimen handling and interactions.</p> </li><li> <p>Teamwork & Collaboration: Works effectively with internal staff, onsite teams, employers, and external partners to support seamless operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Low Ego: Open to learning, receptive to constructive feedback, and willing to acknowledge and correct errors.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-Confidence: Demonstrates confidence in decision-making, especially when interpreting policies, following procedures, or navigating unexpected challenges.</p> </li><li> <p>Presentation Skills: Able to communicate information professionally in group settings, client meetings, or training environments when needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Work Environment:</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain confidentiality in accordance with government, organization, and department policies</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate reliability in supporting TEAM attendance standards as attendance and punctuality are key to the success of all</p> </li><li> <p>Utilization of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, various software platforms, and other technology</p> </li><li> <p>You must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time</p> </li><li> <p>You must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Tulsa</p> </li><li> <p>Travel 80%</p> </li></ul> <p>COMPANY CORE VALUES</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate: Do great things together! </li><li>Innovate: Champion new ideas and embrace change! </li><li>Serve: Serve each other, our clients and community! </li><li>Celebrate: Work hard, play hard! </li></ul> <p>Reasonable Accommodations Statement:?
