This position requires the ability to work supportively in a culturally diverse environment of students, faculty, staff, and the community. Candidates who have demonstrated a commitment to working with multi-lingual learners and communities that have been less represented in higher education through teaching, mentoring, or administration are encouraged to apply.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in English or a Master's degree in a related field with 18 graduate hours in English required. </li><li>Experience in and understanding the importance of working with students, colleagues, and community members from diverse backgrounds. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Teaching experience at the college level and online teaching experience are strongly preferred.
