As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the front line of that mission sparking conversations, identifying opportunities, and driving the pipeline that powers our growth.</p> <p>This is an ideal role for someone who is eager to build a career in sales, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited by the fast pace nature of cybersecurity.</p> <p>What You'll Do..</p> <ul> <li>Proactively prospect into target accounts via email, phone, social channels, and events </li><li>Drive qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team </li><li>Research and identify the right stakeholders within complex organizations </li><li>Manage and track all outreach activity in Salesforce </li><li>Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and improve conversion </li><li>Represent the Tufin brand with professionalism, curiosity, and energy </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Who You Are...</p> <ul> <li>A successful track record working in a collaborative team or office environment </li><li>Enthusiasm for prospecting, engaging new accounts, and navigating enterprise organizations </li><li>Previous software or SaaS experience is a strong plus </li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools: Salesforce experience is a plus </li><li>A self-motivated mindset: responsible, accountable, and driven </li><li>A strong work ethic with the ability to listen, learn, and adapt quickly </li><li>A genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales and cybersecurity </li></ul>
